One incredible night. Hundreds of reasons to celebrate. And a community that makes it all possible.

The Adventure Ball is back in 2027, and we’re calling on our fabulous local businesses and disability support services to help make it another unforgettable night!

But the Adventure Ball isn’t just another party … it’s something pretty special.

For many adults with disability, opportunities to attend large social events in a safe, welcoming and supported environment can be few and far between. And the chance to meet people outside their usual social circles? Even fewer.

That’s what makes the Adventure Ball different.

We bring people together from right across Greater Bendigo, regardless of which disability support service they use. It’s a chance to catch up with old friends, meet new faces, spark new friendships and maybe even find a little romance on the dance floor!

Throw in great music, plenty of dancing, a whole lot of laughter and the chance to get dressed up for a fabulous night out … and you’ve got something worth celebrating.

Because the real magic of the Adventure Ball isn’t just what happens on the dance floor. It’s the connections that continue long after the music stops.

Why we need your help

A great night out shouldn’t come with unnecessary barriers.

We want the Adventure Ball to be as affordable and accessible as possible, with the ultimate goal of making entry completely FREE!

But a night like this doesn’t happen by magic (although our team does come pretty close!). From DJs and entertainment to equipment, decorations, activities and staffing, there’s plenty that goes on behind the scenes.

That’s where our amazing sponsors come in!

Your sponsorship helps us deliver a fantastic event while keeping ticket prices as low as possible.

The more support we receive, the more we can reduce the cost of attending … bringing us closer to a night where everyone can join the fun without a ticket price.

It’s not about asking for a handout. It’s about working together to create something worthwhile for our community.

Why become an Adventure Ball sponsor?

Because doing something good for your community is good for business, too!

We know businesses receive plenty of requests for sponsorship. So why choose the Adventure Ball?

And let’s face it … being associated with one of Bendigo’s most fabulous nights out isn’t a bad thing either!

Calling all Disability Support Services!

Different providers. One community. One fantastic night.

We might work for different organisations, but we’re all part of the same community.

The Adventure Ball is an opportunity for disability support services across Greater Bendigo to come together and support something bigger than any one organisation.

By becoming a sponsor, you’re helping create opportunities for the people we all support to meet, socialise and enjoy a fantastic night out, regardless of which provider they’re connected with.

It’s also a great opportunity to demonstrate your organisation’s commitment to collaboration, inclusion and the wider disability community.

Different logos. Shared values. One very good reason to get involved!

Local businesses … we’d love you on board too!

You don’t need to work in the disability sector to make a difference. Whether you’re a local café, retailer, tradie, professional service or one of Bendigo’s bigger businesses, we’d love to have you involved!

Sponsoring the Adventure Ball is a chance to give back to the community that supports your business, gain valuable local exposure and be recognised for helping make something genuinely special happen.

Big business, small business … there’s room for everyone at this party!
