All-Abilities Cricket – Winter
Calling all cricketers!!
Have you ever wanted to play cricket but don’t know how? Or are you a seasoned cricketer and want to join an inclusive league? Well this is your chance to get involved.
Every Thursday the players are divided into 3 teams for a match. There will also be skills development opportunities throughout the session so you can learn new techniques and practice old ones.
We have 2 formats being played, one for experienced cricketers and one for those just learning the game. We have a soft ball and can modify the rules to make sure that everyone can play. The match is played on an indoor court covered in an artificial surface and enclosed by nets. The courts are wheelchair accessible with accessible facilities on site. The matches will go ahead every week, rain, hail or shine.
Adventurebilities is teaming up with the Maiden Gully Marist Cricket Club All Abilities Team and offering support for you to attend indoor cricket this coming season.
Our support session includes home pick up and drop off, ball handling skills, social development skills and learning how to be an effective member of a sports team.
So jump on board the Adventure Bus every Thursday evening this winter and come with us to bash some balls and make new friends.

NDIS Price (approx):
Per week = $80
Full season = $1,520
Home pickup and drop off will incur an additional charge
Out of pocket expense:
$15 per week to play (payable directly to the Indoor Cricket venue)
Plus a once-off $10 fee for player insurance

**Please note: If you are required to be supported by Adventurebilities to attend All-Abilities Cricket, you will be committing to attend the entire season as a Program of Support (approx 19 weeks). This means a place is being held for you every week and your NDIS funding will be charged whether you turn up to the session or not. If you wish to cancel your support for the season then our standard cancellation Terms and Conditions apply. Please reference our service agreement for all the details.
