What is the Adventure Ball?

The Adventure Ball is the only 18+ event in Bendigo that encourages people with disability to socialise together, catchup with old friends, make new friends, maybe find love, buy a drink at the bar, dance to some great music and have a really fun time.

We have created this special annual event to provide a safe and engaging environment for the Greater Bendigo disability community, their family, carers and advocates.

The Adventure Ball is an inclusive event held at the Bendigo Tennis Centre for its accessible car parking and bathrooms, and plenty of accommodation nearby for those that are coming from further away. The venue has a licensed bar, a dance floor and plenty of tables and chairs for people to put their feet up after a boogie session. Guests have access to a free coffee station as well as nibbles throughout the night. Music is sourced by local DJs and there are plenty of interactive things to do in between dancing sessions, including the ever popular Photo Booth where guests can take home a copy of their printed photos.

The date of our next Adventure Ball is Friday 1 November and this years theme is “Spooky Spectacular” to align with Halloween.

It is the biggest night of the 2024 disability community calendar and we would like you to a part of it!
