What is the Adventure Ball?

The Adventure Ball is the only 18+ event in Bendigo that encourages people with disability to socialise together, catchup with old friends, make new friends, maybe find love, buy a drink at the bar, dance to some great music and have a really fun time.

We have created this special annual event to provide a safe and engaging environment for the Greater Bendigo disability community, their family, carers and advocates.

The Adventure Ball is an inclusive event held at the Bendigo Club for its accessible car parking and bathrooms, and plenty of accommodation nearby for those that are coming from further away. The venue has a licensed bar, a dance floor and plenty of tables and chairs for people to put their feet up after a boogie session. Music is sourced by local DJs and there are plenty of interactive things to do in between dancing sessions, including the ever popular Photo Booth where guests can take home a copy of their printed photos.

The date of our next Adventure Ball is Friday 5 December which coincides with International Day of People with Disability celebrations, and this years theme is “Beach Party” to welcome the start of summer.

It is the biggest night of the disability community calendar and we would like you to a part of it!
