Book a time to meet with us.

To book your meeting, please click a date on the calendar and then a time that suits you best. Enter your details and send us a message if you wish. We will then confirm your appointment time via email and send you all of the information you need to attend the meeting.  If the times available on the booking calendar are not suitable for you, please contact us and we will try to accommodate your needs.

Before you book a meet and greet:
Our adventures are not suitable for everyone. They can be loud, fast paced, amoung large crowds and highly energised, or they can be really laid back, slow, smaller group sizes and quiet etc. We need to ensure that we are going to be a good fit for you before we meet. So please make sure that you have either;

Without at least one of these steps completed unfortunately we are unable to approve a meet and greet time request.

Meet and Greets.

Our meet and greets are usually held in our Adventure Shed which is located just near Lake Weeroona in Bendigo, it is here you can see what we are all about and check out some of our facilities. However we can also meet at your house or another place of your choosing. We allow approximately 1 hour for our meet and greet appointments and there are no costs involved. During this meeting we will get to know each other a little more, and answer all of your questions that you may have of our service. You may bring someone with you to your appointment such as a family member, your support co-ordinator or an advocate, or you can just come by yourself if you prefer.

If you would like to fill out the intake forms you may do so, otherwise we can provide you forms during the meeting to take home and complete in your own time.

Review Meetings.

If you have been with us for over 12 months (or close enough to it) we need to catch up with you for a review meeting.

During this meeting we will chat about some of the adventures you have been on and what you have liked & disliked about them, we’ll go through your goals to ensure the supports we are providing are assisting you to reach some of those goals, and we’ll also have a quick look through your paperwork to ensure all of the details we have are up to date. This is the perfect time for you to talk to us about what you would like to change, or what you would like to do more of. It’s all about YOU!

We can meet face to face either in the adventure shed, at your home or at another place of your choosing, or we can have a chat over the phone or via phone video .. we would love to see your smiling face.

This review meeting will only take an hour of your time and it will funded by your NDIS plan.

A lot can happen in 12 months so we need to ensure we keep everything up to date and that if your choices and preferences change we know about them and can action appropriately.
