Step inside, grab a cup, and fuel your passion for coffee and learning. The Cafe Academy coaches will teach you all of the skills you’ll need to make brunch for your family or maybe even one day work in the daytime hospitality industry. Things like:

• Full Breakfasts
• Light meals
• Baking Bread
• Making Cupcakes, Doughnuts and Biscuits
• Barista skills (Coffee, Tea, Chai, Hot Chocolates, Milkshakes)
• Pies, Sausage Rolls, Pasties
• How to carry plates
• Serving meals
• and much more ….

We will also visit many local cafe’s to see how the experts do it and replicate all we see back in the Adventure House Kitchen.

Adventure Chefs is a program of support, which means we are holding a place for you on the program, and you are committing to join us every week for a full term (23 weeks). There are 2 terms a year (46 weeks in total), you can choose to join us for one or 2 terms each year.
